My car broke down for the first time the other day. Not really “broken” just… wouldn’t start. A new battery seemed to do the trick. Let’s hope that is all it needs for as long as I have it.
My radio re-set and required that passkey thing after installing the new battery. One of those ’safety’ features that comes standard on a 2000 Daewoo p.o.s. Anyhoo, I have a new radio for it anyway that I was planning on installing sometimes soon. ( the standard tape deck wasn’t cutting it ) I took the liberty to start the process to get my new one in after the whole ‘re-set’ crap started on the stock. I pulled everything out from the old one, and.. gave up at that point.
I now have an empty gaping whole in my dash . . and nothing to listen to music on as I drive around.
